We read everything and answer what needs answering.
What helps us answer well
- What they already display. The fridge, the sideboard, the hallway wall. That tells us the format faster than any budget does.
- The occasion and roughly the budget. Christmas, a birthday, an anniversary, or no occasion at all — each one changes the answer.
- Who is giving it. One grandchild, four grandchildren pooling together, or the whole family. Joint gifts have their own arithmetic.
What we answer first
- Corrections. A wrong detail, a dead link, a product that no longer exists.
- Questions about a guide. Including the eternal one: they say they do not want anything.
- Suggestions. A category we have missed, or a question a guide should answer and does not.
What we do not accept

One thing we cannot do
We cannot give health, mobility or medical advice, and we will not guess at it. If a gift needs to suit a specific condition, the person who knows their care is the right person to ask.
